📋 Workshop Details – General Info for All Classes

🛠️ What to Bring:

• Massage Table: If you have a portable massage table, please bring it. (It's hard to practice massage without one!)

• Linens: One full set of sheets and a face cradle cover for each day of class.

• Lubricant: A small container of your preferred massage oil or cream for in-class use.

• Comfortable Clothing: Wear clothing that allows you to move freely—this is a hands-on class. Please bring a sweater or jacket, as the rooms can get cold.

• Notebook & Pen: For taking notes during demonstrations and discussions.

• Technology: A phone, tablet, or laptop with internet access helps access digital class materials. Not required but recommended.

📚 Before Class:

• Textbook Review: A refresher on basic anatomy & physiology is recommended if it’s been a while.

• Class Materials: You’ll receive digital access to your class manual the day before the workshop. Please review it in advance.

• Bring a refillable water bottle, snacks, and money for lunch.
